Returns, Refunds, Exchange and Cancellations Policy

Damages and issues 

As soon as your order is delivered, please check it over. If anything is broken, incorrect, or missing, please get in touch with us right away so we can investigate the situation and assist you with a replacement or shipping of the out-of-date parts.

Partial Deliveries

If any products are missing from your order, or if there are partial deliveries, please email us on [email protected] with the specifics of your order and the missing product(s), and we will dispatch the remaining items to you. Orders that are incomplete will not be accepted for exchange, return, or refund. Refunds for any unfinished or missing items will only be given if Saniya Nursery is unable to furnish the item(s).

 

Returns and Exchanges

All goods or services bought through our website are not eligible for return or exchanges. Our 48-hour exchange policy is only applicable in the event that you receive a damaged goods or products that are not what you ordered.

An item must be unworn, unused, with tags (if any) and in its original packaging in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. To make the request, you must do so within 48 hours of receiving the delivery, and you will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Customized Products

Products that are customized, or manufactured to order, are not returnable.

Delayed Deliveries

In order to provide our customers with the greatest possible shopping experience, we dispatch all of our purchases the next day, or within two days if you specify. However, delivery can occasionally be delayed because of unforeseen circumstances. In these situations, we’ll get in touch with you to let you know about it. Because of this, no requests for cancellation or exchange will be honored unless the items were in the “Gifting Category.”

Please be aware that in the event that a delivery is delayed by factors outside of Saniya Nursery’s control, such as weather, COVID-19 restrictions, etc. Saniya Nursery will not accept requests for cancellation or exchange.

 

Customer Unavailability

The delivery executive will get in touch with you to verify how the goods may be delivered securely if you are not accessible when the delivery is attempted. Retries for deliveries are only permitted once and only under special circumstances, we will report the goods to the department even if they are still not delivered after two attempts. There will be additional fees for any additional delivery attempts.

 

Refunds 

Refund requests will be accepted only in certain cases –

  1. If the payment was deducted twice for the same order / you placed a duplicate order and requested cancellation on the same day
  2. If we are unable to complete your order
  3. If we are unable to complete an exchange for a product that qualifies
  4. Following our acceptance of your return request

When we receive your request—or, in the case of a return, once the goods have been inspected—we will let you know and let you know if the refund was accepted or not. You will receive a refund within 24 to 48 hrs to your original payment method if your application is accepted. Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund may require some time from your bank or credit card company.
